S-420 Rigid Frame Dock Shelter
The Rigid Frame Shelter is designed to accommodate a wide variety of door and vehicle sizes while providing full-width access to the back of the vehicle.

SnapBack Dock Shelter
This dock shelter's gravity-biased, flexible frame yields to misguided vehicles, preventing costly building and shelter damage. As the vehicle approaches, if off-center vehicle contact occurs, it moves upward and back to prevent costly damage to the wall and shelter. After the vehicle leaves, a gravity-biased design returns the frame to its original position.

Ultra Dock Shelter
This shelter combines the flexibility of a seal and the full vehicle access of a shelter. It creates a tight seal between the building wall and the back of the vehicle. It effectively keeps the elements out of the warehouse, providing energy savings and added comfort for your employees. HVLS Fans

Serco's High Volume Low Speed (HVLS) fan series is designed to provide facilities with an energy-efficient and cost-effective cooling and heating solution. High Volume Low Speed fans move large volumes of air at low speeds over very large areas. The fan blades produce a massive column of air that flows down to the floor and outward in all directions, creating a deep “horizontal floor jet” that ultimately circulates air up vertically and gets drawn back through the top of the fan.
