		Bulk Storage Rack Scotland Rack manufactures rugged, dependable bulk storage rack for your material storage needs. Our upright frames are constructed of 2" wide steel posts, with keystone slots for deck adjustment on 2" centers. Rugged spreaders and diagonals assure absolute rigidity. Beams have a formed front edge for easy sliding on and off, and a 5/8" step recess positions decking flush with the top of the beam. Deck supports drop into the beam web at two points to eliminate beam twisting under load and to prevent accidental beam disengagement.
		Boltless Steel Edge Shelving Boltless steel-edge shelving from Scotland Rack is an economical solution for material storage. This shelving features a patented all-steel snap-together construction system. Medium density fiberboard (MDF) center panel prevents the "oil can" effect common to steel shelves. Small boxes will stay upright without tipping, and rounded steel edges provide ease when sliding materials on and off. Shelves adjust on 2" centers without loose clips or bolts.
		Heavy-Duty Rivet Lock Rivet lock shelving bridges the gap between steel edge and bulk rack. On rivet lock shelves, beams quickly snap into place on 2" centers into keyhole slots in posts. Rugged heavy-duty beams use a double rivet design for added strength and rigidity. Deck supports for double rivet beams attach to beams with one bolt on either end of the support and provide superior protection from deck sag. All components are formed from 16 gauge steel with a tough grey baked enamel finish. Decks are made from furniture grade, smooth, nonsplintering medium density fiberboard (MDF) which provides a smooth surface for sliding material on and off.

		Light-Duty Rivet Lock Units Our light-duty rivet lock shelving units require absolutely no bolts. Everything snaps together for rapid tool-free assembly. Our unique design provides a rounded steel edge for sliding material on and off while protecting the MDF decking. Angle posts hold MDF decking in place to provide the most uninterrupted usable storage area. Tie units together with post tie plates for increased strength and uniform spacing at less cost than tee posts.
