• The ESR reach trucks’ optional Xpress Lower technology can double lowering speeds, resulting in substantial savings in time and money.
• The optional Auto Height Select feature automatically stops the forks at programmed rack heights – at the push of a button without looking away from the load – to improve throughput and avoid product, rack and lift truck damage.
• The Tilt Position Assist option compensates for mast and carriage deflection and automatically levels forks relative to the ground for more precise positioning.

Solid Mast, Higher Heights

To ensure that your reach truck is equipped with the right mast for your application, three mast designs are available for the ESR Series reaching heights up to 560 inches.

All three versions have been designed by Crown to resist flexing which reduces mast vibrations and swaying at height.

They offer impressive residual capacities of 2600 lbs up to 470 in. Other benefits include reduced loading and unloading times, higher throughput, improved operator confidence and added levels of safety.

Excel in Extreme Environments

The spacious enclosed freezer cabin provides a heated, comfortable work environment in extreme temperature applications (-22°F). The cabin also affords exceptional visibility that contributes to operator productivity and comfort. Available on ESR 1240 and ESR 1260 models.

Using the reach truck in wet, dusty or freezer applications will greatly benefit from Crown’s patented OnTrac anti-slip traction control which reduces tire spin during acceleration, plugging and braking.
