How Often Should In-House Trainers Receive Refresher Training?

In-house trainers should receive refresher training every three years or sooner if OSHA standards change, new equipment is introduced, or the instructor needs additional support. Regular refreshers ensure your trainer stays up to date on safety protocols, teaching methods, and compliance requirements. This helps maintain consistent, high-quality operator training across your entire facility.

How Many In-House Instructors Can You Train?

You can train as many in-house instructors as your facility needs. Whether you want one primary trainer or a full team across multiple shifts or locations, our program can certify as many employees as required. Training multiple instructors helps ensure coverage during vacations, turnover, or peak hiring seasons and keeps your safety program running smoothly.
