Cleaning
- Physical removal of germs, dirt or impurities from the surface. All of our floor scrubbers and sweepers clean floors mechanically by brush engagement.
- Our scrubbers introduce water to encapsulate and capture through the squeegee and later drained in approved drain locations ensuring better facility cleanliness.
Our sweepers capture particulates in the hopper assembly for later dumping.
Sanitizing
Using a chemical product or device to reduce the number of germs on a surface. The level must be considered safe by public health standards. Sanitizing kills most germs but not all (99.99% / ~30 sec).
Aqueous Ozone is approved by:
- FDA as a Sanitizing Agent for Bottled Water Treatment – PDF
- FDA as an Antimicrobial Agent for Treatment, Storage and Processing of Foods – PDF
Disinfecting
Using a chemical product or device to kill 99.999% of germs on contact. A properly disinfected surface may still have pathogenic bacteria, fungi or viruses, but in such a low level to not cause problems for healthy individuals in area.
Approved Disinfectant Use in Scrubber Tank & Spray Gun
Use your choice of approved Disinfectant in your floor scrubber to disinfect floors. If optional Spray Gun is equipped, disinfectant will flow through to allow spot area cleaning. |
