In this position, you will schedule, coordinator and facilitate communication related to material handling installation and fabrication projects. You will also monitor the progress of work orders related to installation and fabrication activities to ensure high quality and timely customer service is provided to Maybury internal and external customers.

In this position, you will schedule, coordinator and facilitate communication related to material handling installation and fabrication projects. You will also monitor the progress of work orders related to installation and fabrication activities to ensure high quality and timely customer service is provided to Maybury internal and external customers.
This position will work closely with the MH Operations Manager and Engineering & Fabrication Manager in performing the following duties. The MH Operations Coordinator may consult with these individuals or other MMH staff for assistance and guidance as needed in performing these duties.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assigns and schedules Installers, Fabricators and any required resources to MH projects work orders by creating appointments in fieldpoint system. Considers project specifications, material delivery timing, customer demand, and skills and capabilities of staff in preparing schedule. Revises schedule as needed based on changes in priorities, staffing, customer and material availability, etc.
- Completes and reviews installation and fabrication project checklists to ensure all necessary documentation is obtained such as drawings, site information, installation manuals and instructions as well as arranging for any required tools and resources. May also include confirming that any customer specific safety or security requirements are met for onsite project work.
- Orders required parts and materials for installation and fabrication projects and coordinates with vendors and MMH staff regarding purchase orders, delivery, etc.
- Provides MH Operations Manager, Fabrication Manager, Installers and Fabricators with all necessary project related information, documents and relays any special instructions as needed.
- Processes daily timecards for applicable install, fabrication and engineering staff by comparing to labor recorded on work order appointments. Investigates and resolves any discrepancies.
- Monitors all open installation, fabrication and engineering project works orders and facilitates related communication between installation, fabrication, engineering, sales, sub-contractors and external customers to bring project work orders to completion as timely as possible.
- Reviews completed installation, fabrication and engineering project work orders to ensure all necessary information is included. Obtains any missing or incomplete information and closes work orders so they may be invoiced by Accounting Department.
- Processes all receipts and other documentation for job related expenses incurred by installation, fabrication and engineering teams.
- Works with MH Operations Manager, Fabrication Manager and HR Manager in scheduling any needed training for installation and fabrication team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience. Knowledge of material handling or similar products preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to speak effectively with customers or other Maybury employees.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, multitask and make quick decisions.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills required.
